Its modern kitchen contains a built-in microwave, instant hot water, secure closing cupboards, kettle, and fridge. Other space within the cabin is fully utilized with a fresh flush toilet and sink, and separate canteen space with tables and chairs for use during breaks.

With sustainability at the heart of the design of this welfare unit, it boasts eco-smart technology throughout to provide impressive energy and cost savings. Such features include LED lighting with a PIR-activated system and a fully insulated wall and roof system as well as a hydro diesel heating system.
