28ft Eco Welfare Unit

This 28-foot welfare unit provides a comfortable breakout space for those working on-site, complete with those essential welfare facilities.

This hybrid welfare cabin provides a generous amount of space, including separate rooms for a canteen, fresh flush toilet and sink, drying room, and an office.

Its modern kitchen comes fitted built-in microwave, kettle, and fridge, sink with instant hot water, and hard-top benches, making it easy to clean. The canteen has enough space to comfortably seat 12 people whilst the office area provides a great space complete with a desk for that much-needed admin work.

Being a hybrid unit means that it can offer you permanent power - whether it is to charge up phones, turning on the lights, or using hot water. The generator will only click into use as a secondary response, guaranteeing sufficient power at all times. With other environmental aspects in mind, our 28ft eco welfare unit is kitted out with LED lighting with a PIR system to ensure no lights are left on when the welfare facility is not in use. It also comes with a hydro heating system, installed to supply fast and efficient heat throughout the unit as soon as you need it, without the need for a generator to run.
